Can I change or amend my order?

Once an order has been placed we can not guarantee a change of address, name, contact details or products. Whilst we do endeavour to amend orders upon request, we cannot guarantee this.

Order showing as delivered but not received?

We take claims of this nature very seriously and will now open a full investigation into what has gone wrong with your order. Please contact our customer support team at zeroprok9@hotmail.com.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All items are sent via Royal Mail. Please allow up to 1 working day for dispatch on orders placed after 2pm. Orders are dispatched the same or next working day (Monday - Friday).

Faulty products.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How can I start a return?

To start a return, you can contact us at zeroprok9@hotmail.com. Please include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Full name
  • If you would like a refund/exchange
  • Reason for refund/exchange

You will be given a return reference number and a return address. Please note that we must receive the item within 3 working days of assigning you a reference number.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as any loss/damages that may occur in transit.

How long does a refund take?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is damaged/not in the same condition we sent it out in/a different item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
